CEO & Founder
Mr. Frate graduated from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Argentina in Civil Engineering in 1987, and later completed specializations in Mining Management in 2012 and Projects Management in 2001 at the ADEN International Business School.
As Senior Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of strong professional experience operating with ETHOS, working on large scale construction EPC projects valued at over USD 200 million, and of managing constructive difficulties for important construction companies, with international experience in engineering / management projects, for public and private clients, with supervisions of international consulting companies.
He has held operative and management positions on a variety of projects, including massive earthworks with different kinds of soils, drill & blasting, highways, concrete pavements, asphalt pavements, bridges, railways, tunnels, dams, concrete structures, steel structures, structure assembly with big cranes, pipelines water / sewage, excavation with groundwater table depression, cast concrete walls, etc.
He has worked in infrastructure, mining, oil & gas projects, and real estate industry as well, in different countries (English speaking), at sea level and at 4200 m above sea level, with professionals from numerous cultures, and had rigorous training in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and health, job safety, environmental care (HSE).
